Rain outside the window

I want to draw Shura look out the window, and display rain by raindrops on the window. That owl? It's name is Kokuto (コクトー), one character of Saint Seiya Episode. G Assassin. Because I really hope that a owl sleep on my shoulder, I draw Cocteau sleep on Shura's shoulder! Owls are very cute!
